Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your experience with Luxury Camping Experiences, but we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or cancel your booking. Below is our comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy:
1. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your booking and request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled date of your camping experience. Refund requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Late Cancellations If you cancel within 30 days but at least 14 days before the scheduled date, we will issue a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling We understand plans can change. We allow one reschedule per booking if the request is made at least 14 days before the original date. Rescheduling within 14 days of the booking date may incur additional fees.
4. Conditions for Refunds Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval of the refund request. Refunds cannot be processed for bookings that have been used or are in progress.
